Australian actress Kristy Wright (born 14 July 1978; also referred to incorrectly as Kirsty Wright) is known for her work in television.

Wright hails from Sydney, Australia, and is the eldest among her siblings, which include three stepbrothers and two half-sisters. She entered a competition aiming for acting lessons by submitting her photograph and was awarded a full year of paid training. Her debut performance occurred in a guest role on Police Rescue. From 1995 to 1999, she portrayed Chloe Richards in the Australian soap opera Home and Away, making a brief return to this character in December 2005 when her character met an untimely end due to an embolism following a car crash.

After Home and Away, she starred in Chuck Finn, Above the Law, and Something in the Air. She also appeared in Crash Palace along with a political satire titled Corridors of Power. Following these projects, she was cast in the American series Beastmaster as a ninja warrior. Additionally, she featured in the short film Sweet Dreams.

Wright contributed to an episode of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's The Lost World and participated in the Australian drama series The Alice. She held a minor role portraying Moteé during Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith.

In 2006, she relocated to Los Angeles to advance her acting career within Hollywood. However, she later chose to step back from acting to concentrate on other pursuits and family life. On August 8, 2013, during her pregnancy at 27 weeks gestation, she gave birth to Jai Wright (née Jacoby), who weighed only 2 lbs 4 oz and measured 14½ inches long. Currently a single mother, she has returned to Australia with her son.
