German actress Miriam Lahnstein (born 9 August 1974 in Düsseldorf, Germany) is known for her work in television.

In 1995, Miriam joined the Das Erste soap opera "Verbotene Liebe." She portrayed the antagonist Tanja von Anstetten from 1995 until 1998. She returned to this character briefly in 2001 and then again reappeared on the show from April 2004 until March 2007, when she departed due to her second pregnancy.

From 2003 to 2004, she took on the recurring role of Sabine Huber as a villain in the soap "Marienhof." Additionally, she has appeared as a guest star in numerous well-known German TV series.
