American model, actress, professional wrestler, and valet Shelly Leonor Martinez (born February 9, 1980) is recognized for her involvement with World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) on the ECW brand as Ariel and for her role in Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) as Salinas, where she served as valet to The Latin American Xchange (LAX).

Martinez began her journey in professional wrestling in December 2000. Primarily active on the independent circuit in Southern California under the ring name Desire, she participated in various promotions such as Revolution Pro Wrestling, Ultimate Pro Wrestling, and Empire Wrestling Federation (EWF). In July 2002, she partnered with Threat to secure the EWF Tag Team Championship. In April 2005, she entered into a contract with WWE and was placed within their developmental organization Ohio Valley Wrestling (OVW). While there, she adopted the ring name Shelly and managed several wrestlers like Aaron Stevens, Paul Burchill, and Seth Skyfire. She transitioned to the ECW brand around mid-2006 where she portrayed a tarot reader while managing Kevin Thorn as Ariel. By mid-2007, Martinez's WWE contract ended. Later that same year she joined TNA under the name Salinas and worked closely with LAX while managing team members Homicide and Hernandez. Her tenure at TNA concluded in September 2008; since then she has made appearances for various independent wrestling promotions.

In addition to her wrestling career, Martinez has also pursued acting and modeling opportunities. She participated in the reality series The Search for the Next Elvira and has featured in films. Notably, she starred alongside Jewel De'Nyle in The Notorious Jewel De'Nyle & Shelly Martinez—a softcore adult video—and has posed nude multiple times.
