Queensberry was a female German pop ensemble, established in late 2008. The group originated during the seventh season of the German adaptation of the global talent competition Popstars, titled Popstars – Just 4 Girls. The initial members included singers Leonore Bartsch (Leo), Gabriella De Almeida Rinne (Gabby), Antonella Trapani (Anto), and Victoria Ulbrich (Vici). On July 7, 2010, it was revealed that Antonella and Victoria had departed from the ensemble, leading to the inclusion of new artists Selina Herrero and Ronja Hilbig.

The group's first album Volume I debuted in December 2008 and achieved gold certification in Germany. It featured two singles, No Smoke and I Can't Stop Feeling, both reaching success within the top thirty on music charts. In February 2009, Queensberry performed as an opening act for The Pussycat Dolls's Doll Domination Tour across selected European nations. In November 2009, their second studio album On My Own was released.

For the soundtrack of Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel, Queensberry collaborated with The Chipettes on a track called The Song in December 2009; this song climbed to number six on the U.S. Billboard charts while the film's soundtrack reached number one on U.S. soundtrack listings.
