English television and radio presenter Fearne Wood, born on 3 September 1981, is recognized for her work on various popular shows including Top of the Pops and the Red Nose Day telethons.

In 2007, she became the first female host of the Radio 1 Chart Show, where she collaborated with Reggie Yates for two years. Following that, she initiated her own Radio 1 program that aired every weekday morning starting in 2009. She departed from Radio 1 in May 2015.

Cotton took on hosting duties for The Xtra Factor in 2007, an ITV2 companion show to the main series. She led this program for one season before Holly Willoughby succeeded her in subsequent episodes.

Wood started her professional journey at CITV in 1996 by presenting The Disney Club when she was just fifteen years old; however, she is now primarily recognized as a television and radio presenter as well as a fashion designer.

Since 2008, Wood has served as a team captain on the ITV2 comedy panel series Celebrity Juice alongside Keith Lemon and fellow captain Holly Willoughby.

Outside of broadcasting, Wood offers a fashion and homeware collection through online retailer Very.co.uk while also engaging with several charitable organizations during her free time.
