Serbian pop artist Jelena Karleuša Tošić (Serbian Cyrillic: Јелена Карлеуша Тошић; born 17 August 1978), known professionally as Jelena Karleuša, is a singer, television figure, former writer, and advocate for human rights. She is recognized for her bold aesthetic that challenges norms. Currently, she ranks among the leading artists in the Balkans, having sold millions of albums across the region. Her rise to prominence began with her inaugural album Ogledalce (1995), followed by widespread appeal throughout the territories of former Yugoslavia. In 1999, she released Gili, gili which introduced a new pop sound and transformed Karleuša’s musical direction. The album Diva debuted in 2012 and became one of Serbia's highest-selling records. She organized two major events: All About Diva Show (Beogradska arena, 2010) attended by 20,000 fans and Viva la Diva Show (Belgrade estuary, 2013) which attracted an audience of 40,000.

Karleuša is regarded as a fashion icon in Eastern Europe due to her stage costumes and style showcased on her Instagram account. In 2006, she established her own clothing line called JK Wear featuring dresses and various accessories.

In 2010, she made a guest appearance on the reality series Big Brother All Stars VP for two days. That same year sparked speculation about her potential entry into politics as she publicly endorsed Zoran Đinđić's and Čedomir Jovanović's ideas.

In 2015, Karleuša accused Kim Kardashian of imitating her fashion choices by pointing out several similar outfits. Additionally, The Wendy Williams Show highlighted Beyoncé wearing looks closely resembling those worn by Karleuša years earlier.

In September 2015, Karleuša joined the judging panel for the music talent competition "Zvezde Granda".
