German musician Judith Holofernes, born Judith Holfelder-Roy (née Holfelder-von der Tann) on 12 November 1976, is a singer, guitarist, songwriter, and author. She gained prominence as the frontwoman of Wir sind Helden, a pop rock group that rose to popularity in Germany with their hit "Guten Tag" released in 2002. The band's success was partly attributed to Holofernes' lyrics, noted for their clever wordplay and often critical social commentary.

Following the release of four successful albums within German-speaking markets, Wir sind Helden entered an indefinite hiatus in 2012. Subsequently, Holofernes produced a solo album titled Ein leichtes Schwert (2014) and published a poetry collection called Du bellst vor dem falschen Baum (2015).
