Brazilian model Michelle Alves (born September 19, 1978) is recognized for her contributions to the fashion industry.

She was born in Londrina, Parana, Brazil, to a lawyer mother and an engineer father. Before relocating to São Paulo to focus on modeling, Alves studied civil engineering at Londrina State University. She describes herself as "always a diligent student" and "nearly a nerd." Additionally, she is proficient in multiple languages including Portuguese, Italian, French, and English.

Alves appeared in both the 2002 and 2003 editions of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue and took part in two Victoria's Secret Fashion Shows. She has also been included in their catalogs as well as their book titled Sexy that celebrated the brand’s decade anniversary.

Her portfolio includes contracts with prominent brands such as Valentino, Christian Dior, Escada, Ralph Lauren, Missoni, Miss Sixty, Michael Kors, GAP, Emporio Armani; she also collaborated with Yves Saint Laurent for their Cinéma fragrance campaign.
