American actress and comedian Maureen Ann Collins is recognized for her role in the ensemble cast of FOX's sketch comedy program Mad TV. During her time on the series, she became known for a variety of characters.

Collins was part of the cast from season 4 (1998) until season 9 (2004), appearing in just fourteen episodes during her final season due to contractual obligations. She made a return to Mad TV in its 10th season for one episode and later appeared in the show's 300th episode as her well-known character Lorraine Swanson. Following her tenure on Mad TV, she gained further recognition as morning talk show host Joan Callamezzo on the sitcom Parks and Recreation.
