Spanish flamenco dancer Sara Pereyra Baras (born April 25, 1971) hails from San Fernando, Cádiz.

She is recognized globally and frequently performs internationally. Sara Bara began her dance journey at eight years old in the studio run by her mother, Concha Bara. She gained prominence after joining Manuel Morao's ensemble in 1989. Over the years, she has received various accolades including the Madroño Flamenco award from Montellano (Seville) in 1993, and was honored as Best Female Spanish Dance Performer in both 1999 and 2001.

Her collaborations include work with Javier Barón, while Merche Esmeralda featured her in her production Mujeres. Additionally, she partnered with Antonio Canales on Gitano and performed alongside El Güito at the Théâtre du Châtelet in Paris. Sara danced with Manuel Morao during the Seville Expo of 1992 and later brought performances to New York.

As a solo artist, she participated in numerous tributes to Camarón de la Isla. In 1997, she established her own company which concluded the Festival Nacional de Cante de las Minas. The initial productions included Sensaciones (1998) and Sueños (show) (1999). Other works featuring Sara Baras are Juana la Loca (2001) and Mariana Pineda (2002).

Sara has also engaged extensively across various media such as television, film, and fashion events. In 1998, she hosted Algo Más Que Flamenco on TVE. During July of 1999 at Seville’s Casa de Pilatos courtyard, she was filmed for Mission: Impossible II. As a model, she showcased collections for Amaya Arzuaga during London Fashion Week as well as for Francis Montesinos in Madrid and Lisbon.

Additionally, she promoted an underwear line by Triumph along with other dancers from her troupe and appeared in a catalogue for Cartier.
