English broadcaster Sara Cox, born Sarah Joanne Cyzer (née Cox) on December 13, 1974, is recognized for her role as the host of The Radio 1 Breakfast Show on BBC Radio 1 from 2000 to 2003. More recently, she filled in for Fearne Cotton every weekday from January to September 2013, airing from 10 am to 12:45 pm. Currently, she leads Sounds of the 80s on BBC Radio 2.
