Uruguayan actress BÁrbara Mori Ochoa (Spanish pronunciation: [Л€barОІaЙѕa Л€moЙѕi oЛ€tКѓoa]; born on 2 February 1978 in Montevideo, Uruguay) is also a model, producer, and author.

Mori began her professional work as a fashion model at the age of 14 in 1992. She transitioned to acting with her role in the popular television series Mirada De Mujer alongside TV Azteca in 1997; subsequently, she appeared in the soap opera Azul Tequila. Her career advanced significantly in 2004 when she portrayed the lead character in the telenovela Rubí (a remake of the original series from 1968) produced by Televisa, a competing network.
