Brazilian actress and model Bruna Reis Maia, widely recognized as Bruna Marquezine (born 4 August 1995), started her professional work at the age of five when director Cininha de Paula discovered her. She was subsequently cast in the soap opera Mulheres Apaixonadas, portraying the character Salette. This role marked the beginning of her rise to national prominence. By the time she reached 15 years old, Bruna had portrayed multiple characters across various productions, including América, Cobras & Lagartos, Desejo Proibido, Negócio da China, Araguaia, Aquele Beijo, and Salve Jorge. In 2014, she took on the role of Luiza in Manoel Carlos's final Helena story within a novel series—this being her second lead character.
