Venezuelan actress Catherine Amanda Fulop García (born March 11, 1965) is also a model, beauty pageant participant, and television host with citizenship in both Venezuela and Argentina. She competed in Miss Venezuela 1986, where she placed as the fourth runner-up. Fulop has since established a successful career in acting across Latin America, particularly on television.

Between 2002 and 2008, she was the host of her own show titled Catherine 100% on FOX Sports. In addition, she took part in Bailando por un sueño, the Argentine adaptation of Dancing With the Stars in 2007, and served as one of three judges on Argentina's Got Talent from 2008 to 2011. Her most recognized role internationally is that of Sonia Rey in the coming-of-age series Rebelde Way, which was directed and produced by Cris Morena.

Fulop was previously married to actor Fernando Carrillo—her co-star from Abigaíl, Passionflower and Pretty Face—from 1990 until their divorce in 1994. Since 1998, she has been wed to Osvaldo Sabatini, who is related to former Argentine tennis player Gabriela Sabatini; together they have two daughters named Oriana Gabriela and Tiziana Beatriz.
