Shanna Lynn Moakler (born March 28, 1975) is an American actress, model, and reality TV personality. In 1995, she secured the title of Miss New York USA and subsequently became the first runner-up at Miss USA that same year. Following Chelsi Smith's victory at Miss Universe, Moakler was later awarded the title of Miss USA. She commenced her modeling career at age 15 and was featured as Playmate of the Month in Playboy magazine in December 2001. Additionally, she hosted E!'s Bridalplasty during its brief airing from late 2010 to early 2011.

Moakler transitioned into acting by taking on a recurring role for two seasons in the USA Network series Pacific Blue starting in 1998. In 2005, she appeared as herself in the reality show Meet the Barkers alongside her then-spouse Travis Barker, who plays drums for Blink-182. This program aired on MTV for two seasons.

Moakler's personal life has attracted considerable media attention due to her past relationships with rock musician Billy Idol and Olympic gold medalist boxer Oscar De La Hoya, along with actor Dennis Quaid. She also holds the position of executive producer for the Miss Nevada USA state pageant.

In January 2014, it was revealed that Moakler would be part of the cast for VH1’s reality series Hollywood Exes.
