South Korean actress and photographer Bae Doo-Na (Hangul: 배두나; Korean pronunciation: [pɛduna]; born October 11, 1979) gained international attention for her portrayal of a political activist in Park Chan-wook's film Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance (2002), the character Park Nam-joo, an archer, in Bong Joon-ho's The Host (2006), and her role as a living inflatable doll in Hirokazu Koreeda's Air Doll (2009).
