British fashion designer Tamara Mellon, OBE (née Yeardye, born 7 July 1967), is also known for her work as a businesswoman and magazine editor. She was the co-founder and former chief creative officer of Jimmy Choo, a luxury label specializing in footwear, handbags, and accessories. Mellon departed from the brand in November 2011 following its acquisition by Labelux.

In 2013, she revealed plans to establish the Tamara Mellon brand, which offers various shoes, handbags, and accessories. The brand debuted in November 2013 through partnerships with retail outlets across the US and Europe but entered bankruptcy proceedings in 2015.

Mellon splits her time between New York City and London where she lives with her daughter, Araminta "Minty" Mellon.
